The Middletown Regional Airport/Hook Field, a Division of the City of Middletown Department of Economic Development, is owned and operated by the City of Middletown. The Airport is a General Aviation Airport which serves both corporate and private aircraft. Hook Field is conveniently located between Cincinnati and Dayton with easy access to Interstate 75.

The Middletown Regional Airport/Hook Field contains 13 City-owned buildings that consists of 66 T-Hangar units, 2- 50′x50′ aircraft hangar units, a 8000 sq.ft. Terminal Building, a 24,000 sq. ft. maintenance hangar, and 39,000 sq. ft. of corporate/community hangar space.
